I opened a BMO account because they have many locations. Worst banking experience I have ever had. A lot of there security questions are irrelevant and the people that work for them are uneducated and unhelpful. If you want an account with a chain banking company go with a different large banking company.

I drove 30 minutes to cash a $70 dollar check written to me from one of the most successful businesses in the Chippewa Valley at the Menomonie BMO location. They wanted to charge me a $10 fee.

More like FEEmo Harris. Always charging fees for everything. Heard a teller say "what the HELL" to the computer right In front of me. After years of frustration I've severed ties with them.

Every body is very friendly when you have money:') but when you don't they know how to take what you do have and put every little charge they can just to make sure to suck your last bit of energy out. Back stab.

I just called to speak with someone and the phone rang and rang. Then when someone did answer I was put on hold. I grew tired of hold after 10 minutes and dropped.
