I asked for my routing number for direct deposit, they gave me a print out with the information and it's completely wrong! I am ready to call it a day and switch fully over to RCU. Customer service has been going down the tube for many years.

I am very fond of WESTconsin. I opened my first personal savings account here, and the it has helped me to plan and save for college. I've had some great exchanges with the tellers, who are all helpful and nice, and I have gotten some very helpful money management advice from the credit union as well. It is a local organization that regularly gives back with things like scholarship programs and winter clothing drives. At the same time, the electronic banking options and multiple branches have allowed me to continue banking here through periods when I was not living at my primary residence. In short, it's great, 10/10, would recommend.

I had a poor experience here through the drive up during the pandemic. The teller seemed upset that I needed her to count over $3000 in cash. I had a separate withdraw transaction after that and it seemed like a was burdening her. I hate feeling this way from people in the customer service industry. My husband and I have 6 accounts at Westconsin and we are loyal customers. I have never had this experience at River Falls. The car behind me was honking for about a minute straight, even though the situation (time lapaed) was out of my hands. I am hoping the customer service improves for the sake of other customers.

I've been a member for 20 years and have always had the best of experiences with Westconsin Credit Union. Any questions or problems that arise have always been dealt with quickly. I moved from Wisconsin 2 years ago but wont get a local bank because it would not be as good as what I have.

I was on hold for 15 minutes, finally got through to the clerk that was working and asked her to verify funds in an account and she didn't reply and put me right back on hold. All I want to know is the account balance. How hard is that to just look up super fast?! Poor customer service on her part.
