BMO Harris Bank, Merrill, WI

Nothing but good experiences with BMO led me to move most of my banking there. Great people and great service at the Merrill location. Staff make me feel valued as a customer and are always trying help me to reach my financial goals.

Well lies they tell you want to hear and you switch banks with their great incentive and you ask 2-4 times to make sure your fully telling you what your hearing and even the spouse is in the room with you so I did just that went from chase to BMO expecting $300 but when it came down. To time for it when nope you didn’t qualify because the requirement were not the same when I signed up if I had known I wouldn’t of switch from chase to BMO in the first place so I’d decide to go here any incentives get I. Writing otherwise they rim you and the have no customer service at all

Went in to talk about a mortgage. Being our first time ever doing anything like this they talked to us with respect and broke down the process very well. Weve gone to other banks and walked out so discouraged but BMO Harris was so welcoming and the workers there are very kind and knowledgeable. I encourage first home buyers to come here. Very happy with or visit! :)

Had a big fraudulent charge on our account and the investigator never talked to use and ruled against use us we proved it was and got nothing but greif

Most expensive ATM Fee I’ve encountered to date, and I travel all over the states. Zero chance I’d ever do business with BMO.

Worst bank I have ever used. I have been banking for over 50 years and this bank and branch is terrible. Their customer support and policies are not designed for the consumer. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
