Sakeenah was amazing. I was in and out in about 10 minutes & got the money I needed. I even got more than what was quoted over the phone. She was very nice and it was such a pleasure to work with her. I will be sending my friends here to see her.

My visit to this establishment on September 26, 2023, at 2:20 pm left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I noticed a sign on the front door indicating a 30 minute break, but I was promptly let inside. This marked my first and final visit to this location. Despite arriving with a positive demeanor and some light hearted jokes, the customer service I encountered was severely lacking in warmth and attentiveness. The staff's apparent disinterest and the feeling that they had better things to do were quite off putting. As I was in the midst of refinancing, I decided to cut my visit short, stating that I no longer required their assistance. It seems this business has other priorities. I'm awarding it 2 stars, mainly because there were no other customers and no waiting time.
