Watch their fees!! If you have bad credit you can still get a car note but they charge a big interest and their fees are ridiculous. They try to trick you with deferment options if your late on a payment And charge you over double your car note and the first payment DOES NOT GO TO YOUR CAR! My car note was $200 they offered me a deferment to try to charge me for $600. $400 “for interest” for a week. I can’t wait to be done with them. I obviously didn’t take it.

I was in a pretty tight spot owing some very high interest quick loans that were sucking up most of my available funds in monthly payments. I found OneMain through Credit Sesame and after checking a few options decided on a loan at a much lower rate to pay off the high interest stuff. They were wonderful. Very easy application process and closure. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can budget so much easier now. Thanks for the great service.

I’m very hesitant to take out loans, especially ones at high interest. Veronica here is so stellar, not only does she help think around corners to help in anyway she can for you, she listens to how YOU want to handle things and honestly gives input. When Covid19 hit, she called ME to see if I needed assistance. (She has already set me up with a nice plan to get ahead of my payments, so it put me in a easier spot) If I have any questions, I don’t hesitate to call and no matter who I get - they are all great, patient and respectful. I’m very pleased with the customer service here and hope Veronica gets a raise or bonus or something because she is really good at her job.

The One Main staff made my experience Quick and Easy. I have been trying to improve my credit to get back on track. One Main gave me options to decide which best works for me. Sat in a corner for 30 minutes constantly hearing: "I don't know where the boss is?" "We'll be right with you." "The boss stepped out, I don't know where he is." "We'll be right with you." Meanwhile, one lady coffee clutches and talks nonsense while another couldn't be bothered to leave her desk in the back corner. But they could repeatedly say, "We'll be right with you" I walked out and probably saved myself a boat load of interest. Their motto is "Lending Made Personal" Well, you couldn't have been more impersonal.
