Christina was wonderful! She explained everything in detail. Such a smooth process.

Called multiple times about a loan application. Every time someone actually answered, I was immediately put on hold for 10-15 mins. Then when I finally spoke with Yolanda, I believe, who said she was the branch manager, their “system was having issues” and they’d call me back in 5 mins. No call. I call back next day, no answer and I leave a voicemail. Called again and was told someone would call me same day or Yolanda, would call herself to make sure everything was completed Friday. Never called. They called 3 times the following Weds, day before Thanksgiving, saying if I was still interested in a loan, I should call back as I’d been approved. So after we’re done with our holiday drive, I call back and this time Nakia, I think her name is, says she’s “with a customer and will call me back in 5 mins.” That call of course never came and now it says they declined the application, despite voicemails noting the approval. All this during their “customer appreciation week!” Save yourself the time, effort and stress of dealing with this location and find a better option.

From my very first loan that I took out with with OMF, to my current situation, OMF has always been willing, helpful, accommodating and professional, even during my time of being furloughed from work due to the pandemic. I have nothing but utmost respect and value for OMF.

The visit and follow up was great. Christina and Yolanda and the rest of the team were inviting and professional. I’m happy to do business in this branch.
