They claim to be a "Peoples" Bank, sure

Went in on a Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. to try to open up a new business checking account and there's four women staying around talking and none of them knew how to do it. Offered to make an appointment for sometime during the week. Evidently the competent people don't have to work on Saturdays. Left and managed to hit a huge pothole in their parking lot that they can't bother to fix.

I wanted to open a simple savings account. I made an appointment online, which is very easy! I was helped today by Linda. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable and opened my account quickly! The whole process took about 1/2 hour! Could not have been more happy with this experience! Thanks a ton Linda….. I appreciate you and Associated Bank!😄

We were on vacation and we had banking business to take care of while gone. We've done this before at BMO (just down the road) and was treated terrible with question after question as to why we were using their location and not our home bank... Blah blah blah. Associated did NOT treat us like they did not want our business. Even though I explained we were on vaca right away... The young man was very kind, respectful and very welcoming. Even offered us to stop back 😊 while in the area if we needed anything else. (I wish I could remember his name.) If we're up again later this fall, I ll definitely stop back in to get his name. I'd recommend this office up north to anyone.
