5 stars all around for staff and customer services. Taking a Star away because it's a dumb name for a bank. River Valley was such a better name, it had a Northwoodsy feel to the name. Please change the name back! Thanks for everything guys!

Great customer service and iPhone/iPad Apps! Only drawback is the fact that their onsite Bank ATM does not accept cash deposits.
