In person it's fine and employees great. But online is like digital herpes. Terrible app, servers are down seems like half the time as well. As someone who mainly banks online it's to the point where I have thought about switching banks even though it's such a hassle

I really love the First National Bank and Trust because they make me feel like family. they are wonderful and friendly people at the bank. they know my voice so well now I don't have to say my name some days. its like they really pay attention to each customer. and i like that !

I received top notch customer service helping me get a new checking and savings account set up. Kirstinwent above and beyond to make sure that all my uestions were answered and all my new account needs were met. She even followed through by calling me make sure I received my checks, debit cards, etc. even though she was on vacation. Efficient and caring customer service of this caliber is rae and very much appreciated.

I have a small account at the bank, but they take the time to deal with any issue I have and address it as soon as possible. If it can be done, they will do it for you. If they run into a roadblock, why something can't be done, they give you an explanation of why. I have always had a positive experience with First National Bank and Trust.

I love First National Bank And Trust! I've been banking with them for over 10 years. I love that they allow international transactions. I play a game out of France and they are one of the only banks that will let me transact with them.
