So I'm looking into the get credit Program. I called and spoke with someone who was very positive polite abs and happy to assisit me. If this is the path i choose seems to be best in the area.....so far I'm exploring my options.

Steve is great to work with! When we asked if we could get a lone in a month and a half, he said absolutely, we just need to stay on top of things. He encouraged us to ask questions on anything we were not clear on and he was always available. I remember emailing him around 2 AM expecting to get a response the following morning. When I woke up that day, he responded within 10 minutes of me sending out the email. With all the stress of buying a home for the first time, I had no stress when it came to getting a loan from Steve!

Steve Kundert with Old National in Monroe is our mortgage lender. He has always been friendly and great to work with. He explained how our escrow would work this year; taxes were paid directly to the county and we received a receipt. The mortgage changes that occurred during the switch from Anchor Bank to Old National were explained to us and happened as indicated by Steve.

Because they deleted my review and are trying to cover up. Went here a few months ago to start a bank account and there was a legit feces on the bathroom floor. I told the teller and she rolled her eyes at me and mumbled under her breath. Needless to say I don't bank here. Run. I was disgusted and she didn't even apologize..

WOW...I've banked here for years. I found out not one lone officer. The loan officer Erin miles away. Treatment she gave was terrible. The rudest , disrespect and disregard of service. If you don't want to do this cushy job at home with dogs barking Quit

Very rude staff. Paul Handsmier needs to get some people skills. You can't treat people the way you did and expect to keep business! Nasty!
