The staff at this location are friendly, make an effort to remember you, and attempt to provide informed and prompt service. That said, Associated Bank as a whole has been nothing but a pain and hitting me at every turn with hidden fees and then blaming it on a "change in their terms of service." If already an Associated Bank customer, this branch is a great location to visit and use. If not already a customer, look elsewhere.
