This is a very friendly easy to work with credit union. They have been so helpful with being so good at explain every step of the process for the home improvement loan they gave us. Probably the best financial institution to work with around. Was like having one of my best friends take care of everything. For the record no one I worked with had I met until this process. Five Star Credit union by far.

I like this bank. I've never had problems that weren't addressed too my satisfaction, or a bad experience with them. They have been very helpful building my credit and storing money over the years. Easy credit cards and debit cards, low or no fees generally, and membership household perks all great.

Service is mixed. The experienced staff is great. The new staff need experience and training in certain areas. Overall very good service. Rates on loans good. Support when needed is also great.

I brought my dog with me to run errands today and they gave me a dog treat for them! They’re always so friendly and quick here but this was above and beyond wonderful customer service! Thank you to the gentleman that helped me today, who also made my puppy extremely happy!

Always been great to deal with until you have a loan on a car and the insurance check is written to your husband, yourself and the bank. Called two days after the check was deposited to see why the funds were not available so my husband could start to order parts and the gal kept saying the funds are not available okay yep i see that please tell me when they will be, only to get told 3 more times that they are not available okay yeah no help. So I waited a week to see if it was the matter of the check just needing to clear. Big fat NOPE. I need to submit who will be repairing the deer damage on my car. Okay will my husband who is a mechanic. Was told that that is fine just need to send an itemized list of needed parts to the email provided, great I have all that information from the estimate I also had completed from a collision place. Now days later nothing yet. No call, no email, no communication. Lack of communication and huge ball dropped. Still waiting 2 weeks later. And now my husband no longer wonders why I (we) have other accounts at another bank. Makes me want to pull everything we can to the other bank and just be done with this one. I want my car fixed hate the huge damaged hole in the front end yes they currently hold the lien to yet won't release the funds that our insurance sent us that we pay to get my damn car fixed.
