We just closed on an investment property and Dawn Garms made the whole process simple and efficient. We have closed on many properties in the past, but Dawn streamlined the process. Her communications via email, phone etc...was phenomenal! Dawn is a class act! If there were 6 stars, I would have picked 6!

Merchants Bank is awesome! They have a great location near the Onalaska Wal-Mart, and a beautiful facility. I worked with Chris Smith, and was impressed by the genuine warmth she possesses. She never seems to run out of helpful ideas, and didn't make me feel rushed or hurried at all. Why can I only leave them 5 stars?!

Extremely helpful staff, beautiful building and don't charge ridiculous fees Associated Bank does. This bank goes above and beyond for you and is very military friendly.
