They called me yesterday and I tried calling and it makes a beeping sound than says something cannot connect due to high call volume and it hangs up. Really irritating when trying to get ahold of them.

The sales people are informative but kind of condescending. Manager is flat out rude (had an issue where I paid my bill, autopay tried taking more out), Liz talked over me almost the whole time. I had to ask if I could speak. I'm going to my own bank next time, even if it means a higher interest rate.

I have never in my life had so much trouble updating payment information. I switched banks, and I gave them all the info but it wasn't good enough. makes me not want to do anything more with them in the future.

They explain everything very well and are very flexible. They have many different options so you can pay on the loan easily. Would definitely recommend them to anybody with financial needs.
