They are always kind and patient. We drive out of our way to bank with them. Some of the employees have been there for a long time and they share their knowledge

Update 9-10-2021. Changed my rating from a Three to a One. I have several accounts with this institution, both personal and business. Opened another business account with my very friendly Oshkosh office(I do really like the folks that work at this branch.) The issue arose when the technical part of this account was not connected with my other accounts. I called to remedy this and was told it would be taken care of.
A month later when I went on-line to accomplish some business, it had not been fully handled and was unable to conduct business. Early in the morning, before business hours, I used their website to communicate the issue and ask for help. Almost two full business days had passed and I received no communication. Calling in, I worked with someone who says they have fixed the issue. (we'll see later when I attempt to conduct business.) Asked if it was their corporate customer service's standard business practice to ignore their client's request for help. She said, "no."
I understand that technical difficulties occur and that some businesses have internal communication problems. How many times does one have to attempt to solve a problem at Prospera before it is actually done? And add insult to injury, they don't return their emails asking for assistance. When one needs help with their finances at the corporate level, these are the people that appear to have no sense of urgency. Yikes!
Their saving grace is a couple of their branches do a nice job and have helpful friendly people.
original post: The experience I have had with this financial institution has been very mixed. When I open my accounts, personal and business, I was happy to work with their business manager because she was friendly, knowledgeable and really wanted me to bring my business there. But the manager who opened the accounts made errors and the prerequisites to move my business accounts there were not met. Working with their customer service staff I was able to get what I needed, but they are so small they only had one person who could do the work it out because they don't cross-train their people. She was difficult to catch up to, but very helpful once I did get to her and she was able to straighten out the mess the Appleton branch manager had made. Their branch offices do not conduct their procedures in the same way and this leads to inconsistency in doing business. At the Neenah branch I actually had to argue with the tellers to get a paper deposit slip to make a deposit. One time my account was connected to my sisters account and Prospera Vice-president insisted I did something because our names were not the same. There was nothing we did on our end because I didn't even know my sister did business there. In reality I do have my surname on my accounts, which my sister uses as her last name, but they refused to even entertain their was a glitch in their system. The Oshkosh office and manager is great to do business with, as well as the Menasha teller line. For the most part the tellers at all branches are very friendly and their telephone customer service is very helpful and able to problem solve with great skill.

I've been banking here for a few years now. Granted, my needs are quite simple. We have a car loan, checking and savings accounts. I'm about to open a personal line of credit as well. My only gripe is that their ATM is only during business hours and doesn't accept deposits. Thankfully, they're on a network and you can use the Verve ATMs. I love going to the drive thru to do business, but have also used the lobby. No issues at all.
