I had a very good experience with taking out an auto loan at Forward Bank Park Falls WI branch..very friendly to me

Breann and Kelly are always very helpful. I'm glad you are closed on Saturdays. Why don't you try to consolidate Checking and Savings statements in one envelope. I am old and have very little internet service so I still need paper statements. Thank you.

I set up a checking account with Kortney at the Park Falls location. She was very professional, nice, and always had a smile on her face. The building is absolutely beautiful!

I am very disappointed with Forward Bank's open communication with its customers. Online it says that their lobby is open until 4:30 p.m. I arrived at their Downtown location at 4:10 p.m. to complete a transaction. I was met with locked doors and no signs hanging indicating that their lobby is closed permanently and open only for prearranged appointments. It also did not indicate that their South location's lobby (this location) is only open 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. When I drove around back, their drive-thru was closed and they had cars parked in the lanes. This South Bank location's lobby hours are also not accurate and there was no mention that their Downtown location's lobby was closed permanently. This should be made more aware online for customers. Due to the lack of communication, I am very happy that I only have limited banking through them as I would not choose to do general banking here if this is how they respect their customer's time.

The New PF facility...Gorgeous! Highly functional state of the art banking at its best...both bricks n mortor and online... Excellent service either way.
