Very friendly when you walk in but the behind the scenes customer service is HORRIBLE! Got hooked with one of their promotional flyers, little did I know the work and frustration it world be to get the money promised after the allotted time frame. I was told I had to be a customer for 3 months and have direct deposit to receive the promo $. I did all this and should have had the money deposited into my account the end of July beginning of August. I am still waiting. The most frustrating part is if you call the 800 # and speak to customer service they blame the bank personnel that opened my account. If you call the Peshtigo Branch your told that they are no longer in the "loop" since I contacted the 800#. Call back to the 800# and get someone new just to be told the Branch Manager should be handling this! I have now been advised that the customer service rep i spoke to yesterday "went above and beyond and that my situation has been "escalated" to please be patient and watch for the deposit". What seemed like a good deal now just appears to be a scam from one of our "hometown" banks.

If 0 stars were possible thats what they would rate. I do not recommend banking with BMO. Not just this branch, the entire bank is absolutely awful.
