Had an issue with my account and talked with Michelle in accounts she went above and beyond to help me with a small matter. Really happy with the service and first time experience.

I've been very satisfied until they stopped sending me paper statements via the mail. I never opted for this. They now tell me that if I want the paper statements they never did send it will cost me $5.00 each. Someone changed my option and it wasn't me. I've asked several times and the last message sounded like too many steps and $5.00 each. I'm looking for a new bank. They won't bend at all. I want to say that the girls at the drive thru have been wonderful.

They made a mistake when they opened our accounts. We called and questioned it early on but they said everything was ok. The mistake cost us hundreds of dollars. They were not willing to correct their mistake. We are taking all our business somewhere else.

Staff was very helpful, took care of the issue in no time. Thank you so much.

Fast friendly services everyday except Sunday . Because they are not open Sundays lol!

Every time I go the the Connexus Credit Union in Phillips, I am always greeted by friendly staff and their service is very good.
