Called in to ask basic questions spoke to a lovely lady named Beth, she had to transfer me to a HORRIBLE woman named Deb who claimed to be a Vice President and she was rude, condescending, and dismissive. I tried to explain my question and rather than let me finish, she interrupted me and talked down to me as if she was better than me. Nice attitude for someone who only has a job because the bank has customers. When you chase away customers with a bad attitude and poor customer service, you no longer have a job. Don't bank here with rude people that cannot answer the most basic banking question with kindness and professionalism.
