Dupaco Community Credit Union, Platteville, WI

This bank, especially in Platteville, is very dishonest, they charge extra, I don't know if it's only with Latino people, or if we are all, my cousin has had more than $2,300 taken from her account for car insurance that was activated on December 21, 2022, less than a month away and the head of this bank ignored it, to continue damaging the economy of my people and she is not the only one, we already have 3 more people with this kind of extra charges.

Love Dupaco! They have helped put my financial situation on the right path. Over the years they have always been very helpful. Their online banking is beyond phenomenal. As a credit union, it's obvious that they are working for me, and my best interests, not just to make a profit. They have guided me in the right direction, helped devise a path to a better future, and allowed me to be in a position to buy a house, get a new car, and plan for retirement. They have everything you need and are there to help. I highly recommend.

I have recently switched to Dupaco from Heartland. I can honestly say the accommodations, friendliness and ease of access via money and banking through Dupaco has changed everything about my finances. I didn't have the best of credit. I wanted to start a business. They reviewed my situation, my story, listened to me and I was approved. They have made my dream come true and are so easy to work with. Platteville and Dubuque locations is the ones I bank with and I am 100% satisfied with them all.

I opened an account with this company about a year ago. I'm very very pleased with this decision. And a special shout out to the customer service representative Bruce. Bruce is a very intelligent young person and a very good customer service rep.

I am so happy with my experience for Dupaco I will be here until the day that I die outstanding help when you need it we were in Oregon and my credit card declined and the lady that helped us was such amazing to get us what we needed and we got home safe and sound thanks to Dupaco could not ask for a better Bank or credit union so I just wanna say thank you Dupaco for all you do for me and my family

If that's true, Latino friends, be careful with this Banco de Platteville, a person highly esteemed by our Latino community! They have taken his money for a loan for a vehicle which I think he will never finish paying off, because this bank abuses people and charges extra money, for that reason it has grown so much in Platteville.

I've never had a smooth encounter with them. My personal info is always "typed in wrong" despite numerous attempts to correct, they can never find my account, and they make frequent mathematical errors. I have a 6 digit loan with them - you'd think they'd try to keep it straight.
