Wow! OneMain Financial helped me get a loan when I was denied by other institutions, and I got the feeling they really wanted to help me. The woman at the Platteville office who worked with me was totally awesome! She was very patient holding my loan application until I got things together. She was totally professional over the phone and patiently walked me through signing the documents and explained each one and made sure I understood what I was signing. And I was able to do bi-weekly automatic payments, which helps me out a lot. And I easily signed up for an online account, which is straightforward and easy to use. Also, I like the fact that I got a loan from a fairly local branch in my state. I would highly recommend OneMain, and tell the ladies at the Platteville branch that they really help people out - and their customer service skills are top-notch!
