Derrick helped us with a Heloc loan so that we could buy a nice house before putting our house on the market. We didn't want to have to put everything in storage if our house sold quickly. It did sell quickly, and we already had a house to move in to. Derrick made the process much less stressful. This is the second time we have went to Derrick for a home loan. He is dependable and explains everything in detail. The really amazing part is that he is licensed in several states. Our new house is in Illinois, and Derrick managed to get all paperwork done in a timely manner. We would HIGHLY recommend going to Derrick for your home loan. Wherever your home is located!
