Kelly is one of the bankers and truly made my experience at BMO wonderful. She got a new account set up quickly and was incredibly friendly!

Twenty four hour hold on my paycheck. I could not access any of my money. So now I cash my check at Walmart and they don't get my money. Very poor service.

Drive thru hours are 9:30 until 4:00. How are working people supposed to get in to do their financial business?

Withdrawal fee is $5.00! If not a member. That is ridiculous!

A Good Place for Banking purposes for all.

The worse service ever. Incompetent people and really bad communication. The cashier still 100$ of my money. I gave to her 591$ and she only deposited 391$ when I told her she count again and said was only 491$ I told her isn’t correct and she call the manager and others still the worse service I hope they enjoyed my 100$ dollars. Those people need to learn how to count and train them too. They are so incompetent.

IGNORE THIS BRANCH!! make the extra trip and go to Madison. Unless you're doing the typical withdrawal/deposit transactions, this place is useless with little knowledge...and the tellers will show attitude...ps. - I never leave reviews, but this place pushed me to that point.
