I came in to replace my debit card and I can’t say enough good things about Tenesha. She was so amazing and informative and charismatic. Thank you so much for starting my day off on such a positive note!

Helpful staff. We got things done and they had helpful information.

The bank hours here are absolutely ridiculous9am-4pm. Most people work 9-5pm so not sure when they expect people to do their banking.

Extremely difficult for people that have full time jobs to do buisness here.

Very rude manager. Blonde lady would not cash an associated bank check and said it was over the limit. when I asked her the limit she said she couldn't tell me. Really? $2800 check? As it turns out, I was lied to. The corporate office states that the amount I presented should be cashed and that there was not a limit. Was I being profiled? This is why I don't bank at associated.
