BMO Harris Bank, Rhinelander, WI

Opened an account because I can't cash my BMO pay check anywhere else. And once again they lie and hold my money. After I've been told that BMO checks are same day deposit if it's at the bank. That's a lie. Called and they said I'd have it Monday, talk to a banker and they say tomorrow. No one actually knows anything. They just want to keep your money for themselves. Update: now they closed my account, with my money in it still. They have denied me access to my money. So tomorrow morning I'll be there with the police. I'll either get my money or I'll be pressing charges for theft.

I opened an account with BMO Harris Bank and the gentleman who took care of it was Dylan Wendt. He was great. I didn't have any problems. I love this bank. Everyone is friendly and they went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Aside from their terrible hours and half hearted service, BMO is disgustingly slow. Their mobile deposit takes almost the entire week to work when other Banks deposit within an hour. Their customer service representatives lied and accused me of stealing my own information. Oh and to the one who told me I should get a new bank, you're right. I should. So should anyone thinking about trusting this one.

Worst, rude drive thru ever. Looked like the "girls" working here are very undertrained and taking there lack of enthusiasm out on customers. NEVER have I ever been treated so bad by a bank. I recommend using any other bank.
