Everything worked out good for me they were friendly and very helpful. I had a problem because I changed states but we worked through it all. Had very good experience would recommend them to anyone.

Received an email from OneMain Financial saying I might be approved for a loan. I submitted to their pre-check thing and was told "Hey, you might be able to get up to $7k". I'm thinking, well I don't need $7k but maybe I will consolidate my few credit cards. Submitted, Proof of ID, two pay stubs, car registration (secured loan) and proof of insurance. Was then told that the branch manager didn't think "Things added up" with what I had told them, and they needed access to my bank. I went online and provided authorization to access my bank account. I was then told that didn't work and I needed to bring in bank statements. Honestly, it just became too big of a hassle. I applied because they sent me a message, I wasn't actively seeking a loan, I agreed to a secured loan with a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee worth 3 times the amount of the maximum loan I might possibly be approved for, and then I'm spoken too like I'm trying to hide something from them. Would have been nice to consolidate, but it's not that big of a deal. My credit is not great, so I expected a bit of process. I guess they were not asking for anything crazy, but just didn't feel like it was a good experience. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was told by Tracy the branch manager I was approved but needed extra paperwork sent over. Then was told good to go. Then got a call needed more paperwork. Set up an appt with me told i was good to go then walked in the office after driving 40 miles in and was told I needed more paperwork or they couldn't do the loan. Will never go here and I highly do not recommend
