Ripco has been by my side for years , always helpful & friendly. I'll stay with them as my bank for life.

They are trying to justify their attempt to steal money from me. FYI the balance was not $6.30 before capital one the statement you just sent me even proved it was not $6.30. Clearly if you guys have heard every complaint I had before, then why haven’t you fixed them yet. The employees at Ripco are thieves and nothing more. I, as well as many others, switched to covantage credit union and what a night and day difference. Don’t go to Ripco unless you want to lose money.

I have been banking here since 2004, I have had car loans, savings, checking credit card and mortgages. I could not ask for better help in getting all these accounts set up and running smoothly thought the years of business. I come from Merrill to do my banking and would not have it any other way. Congrats to Management for employing just the right personnel.

Switched to Ripco CU from BMO Harris a few years ago and never looked back. They offer all the amenities of a big bank without any of the outrageous fees or account minimums. The staff is always friendly and they'll truly go the extra mile for you. I've financed three vehicles through Ripco and the process was effortless, fast, and the interest rates were very reasonable - especially when I was financing that first car and had very little credit history. They also have a great mobile app and website, which in my opinion is the most important tool a person can have in the online banking age. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ripco - they are simply the best. Shout out to Bonnie and Cyrus in the loan department and head tellers Casey and Jackie, and all the other staff!

I've been banking here since I was 16. They have always been very accommodating and very friendly, especially the main secretary! I just love her, so nice! Very forgiving if you're a little late on loan payments and if you accidentally overdraft they cover it automatically. Also, the kids always get a dum-dum when we go in or the thru the drive-thru.

So happy I joined Ripco Credit Union, so much more helpful than the BIG banks. The personnel are always cheerful, friendly and informed. You're more than just a number. Thank you all Ripco Employees.

I'm almost done with ripco. I've been a member for almost 30 years. It's gone down hill. I won't get anymore loans through them. That's not worth the trouble. They charge $30 for an overdraft when I have the money to cover it under a different account suffix. I think it would be less stressful if I wasn't a member of this Credit Union anymore.

If you want the worst experience ever in customer service just get an account here, ive had it about a month now n im definetly switching banks. Jolene is absolutely obnoxious
