Associated Bank, Rice Lake, WI

This is from a Rice Lake Wisconsin, well the staff is very friendly, & there always there to help you the best they can. I really don't like the other banks, around here some we might from other banks & they weren't very friendly, & also the 1 bank wouldn't let you use their bathroom. I thought how mean is that. But I feel very comfortable at our bank here. I would highly recommend them.11-19-2,022.

I've banked here for several years. There's only a few things I dislike. Money orders way to expensive. And over draft for $5. Is a bit ridiculous. It should've been denied it was automatic withdraw. So they shouldn't process it. Then charge $35 for it. Otherwise, staff are AMAZING!

I have had two negative experiences here where the main associated bank employees tell me I can go to “any” branch and get things done. So I drive for 50 minutes only to, once again, be told that, no they can’t do that here. I can only do that by appointment or can only do it on a certain day of the week. It is terrible customer service that I get told by bank employees I can do something and then spend time and money driving only to find out it’s not true. If you live in a large city (Milwaukee or Madison, WI) I’m sure you’d be fine but don’t bank here if you live in a smaller community. The small branches are limited in how they can help.

We have been customers with this bank for years. My husband does his business account through them and he has been asked a couple of times to bring checks to other financial institutions to cash because they don't have enough cash. And has had to stand out in freezing cold rain and now snowy weather to do business because their lobby is closed and the drive through is not designed for a big truck to use. We are looking at other places to do our banking business. Unfortunately.

Several bad experiences im.a.sort time , their banking app crashed and got help ad they did not know anything. Huge deposit rejected and no help again , very unprofessional, I would advise going anywhere else but here , I did

Horrible non existent customer service. Rules change daily wouldn't let me have cash back a deposit. I believe associated bank is on the verge of collapse. They want to use MY money , collect interest on it and not let me access funds
