Dairy State Bank, Rice Lake, WI

I’m not an account holder, but I cashed a business’s check here. I came near closing time and Corinne was really friendly and efficient even though I was obviously keeping her late. If I was local, I’d open an account based on the service.

If I could rate this bank no stars I would, the service here is horrible. My mother recently passed away and coming to the bank to get her accounts in order has been extremely difficult for my Dad and I. After two visits, we still have to come back again for the same conversations. In addition, we have supplied the same information twice now. If the work was done at our first visit on December 11th we would not have needed to continue to supply countless death certificates, copies of driver’s licenses, etc...Dairy State Bank made a very difficult situation even harder at an incredibly difficult time. To top it off the banker was incredibly rude and not at all understanding, and after my parents have banked here for over thirty years.

I would recommend Todd Kobielush in the mortgage/loan department. He has been a dream to work with. He's professional and very patient, as I had questions at least once a week. Thanks Todd and Dairy State Bank!

Your card will get declined weekly because of a bogus “fraud flag”. Customer service hangs up on you. The lady’s in account services are generally nice which is the only reason I give them two stars.

I have banked Here for a while not and I like the bank the are very nice and my loan officer Melanie. B is very nice and very helpful and the bank as a whole I would and have recommended them to others for banking needs and loans as well it has been a very good experience
