OneMain Financial, Rice Lake, WI

I have always had a good experience with OneMain, and I have had an account with them for several years now, but the last time, I had an exceptional experience in the Rice Lake, WI office. She was absolutely amazing and completed my request with everything buttoned up while I continued moving things forward for the weekend I had planned. I appreciated this experience more than she could know! Thank you

Fast, friendly and professional, is how I would describe working with One Main. I had taken a small loan through them a few years ago, and had always been impressed by the way they handled everything. They sent me an offer to refinance my loan at a lower interest rate so I decided to check it out. Not only did they give me a lower interest rate, but they offered to consolidate the balance of my auto loan through them, as well as offer me $2500.00 in cash for the holiday season. Overall it saved me approx. $250.00 a month in loan payments and a lower interest rate. Thanks One Main Financial!!!

OneMain did give me the auto loan I needed. Well I didn't need it but I did want it because the loan I had through the small dealership was not being reported to any of the three major credit bureaus, so I decided to get a loan that would be reported. Needless to say, I have an average credit score ( in the 600's) and I was paying 34%. They told me I was at 30% which is bad but I took it anyway because I knew something better would come along (loan wise). Friendly Customer Service here and I would still recommend them to anybody looking for a loan if they had average credit. I have since then been approved for a loan through Westconsin Credit Union at 9.99% which will save me thousands of dollars! Overall a good business with really nice people!

I had an unexpected expense that occured and Amber Evenson of the Rice Lake, WI branch came thru for me and helped me when I had no place to turn, she was a sweetheart of an Angel to come to my rescue.
