This company, Gen, is not transparent! I used this company to pay for half of my Bariatric surgery. They charged me an extra $1575 for this loan. She told me it was a “package deal”. There is no package that a finance company is to provide. The company I used for the procedure provided everything. This was strictly an unsecured loan nothing more. So in essence I feel the $1575 was Citerra’s way of getting interest up front especially since I will be paying off in less than a month. BUYER BEWARE!!! I would do zero stars if it was an option!

Went through Citerra for surgery financing and Gen assured me they have zero interest for the first 12 months. What she didn't disclose is the $4k additional in fees on the loan. Do not use this company for surgery financing. When I called her out on this, she suddenly stopped responding to my emails and calls.

It wont let me give them anything less than one star. I'm very disappointed in this company they clearly didn't go over the $2,266.00 in hidden fees, my loan was for 7,000 and in all I'm going to end up paying double the amount i asked for. I recommend asking your bank first before asking this company

I would give zero stars if I could. This company did not properly disclose the fees associated with the loan- which amounted to over $900 for a $2,000 dental loan. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Stay as far from them as possible. I tried to get them to work with me on this - told "Gen" that she could make this right, and all she did was try and tell me how risky my daughter's loan was (and yet, I co-signed!)

I’m so very grateful for Ms.Jen!! She was able to get me financed for my entire medical procedure! What a wonderful experience working with this company and her💙 She got me financed practically instantly, when others denied me! I’ll make sure to only use Citerra for anything in the future! Thanks to Ms.Jen, & all at Citerra Finance!!👍👍👍👍👍
