WCCU Credit Union, Richland Center, WI

We just moved to Richland Center and decided to switch banks to WCCU. When I went in to open an account I ended up waiting about an half an hour for someone to help me, and then she acted like she didn't even want to help me. After I did get an account open with them it has been one unpleasant experience after another. First off, the few times I've gone into the bank some of the receptionist just ignore you, one of them had me wait while she finished telling her coworker about her sick dog. Second off, it is annoying how banks charge a fee to use an different atm than theres. Your giving low interest on saving account and higher on a loan, and then you have to still charge me more money.

We are from out of town but needed a notary in Richland County. Liz took care of us with a smile and a friendly demeanor. Thank you!
