Royal Credit Union - St. Croix Falls, Saint Croix Falls, WI

I've banked here for about 5 or 6 years. Their fraud protection unit has saved me from fraud several times. That's what brought me to the branch that day, I needed a new card. They printed me a card right there and I was on my way to back to normal

I LOVE THIS BANK!!! A few things I love about them is EVERY VIST They are super friendly and professional, super helpful and customer orientated, Best part NO Hidden Fees. Unlike other banks in this area. That just take and take and take. THANKS FOR PUTTING ME FIRST ROYAL CREDIT UNION!!!!!

Walk in and they are by appointment only on Saturday because they only have one person working, but yet it's not posted that it's by appointment only. So heads up if you are driving from far, don't allow them to waste your time. It's their jobs to help you bank and make thing happen. There's a lack of push to do so.

Does this location have an actual direct phone number where you can speak with someone locally?

Was told I couldn't cash my deceased sons paycheck ( amt. 205.00) because my son did not have an account there and I did not have "representative paperwork". The check was from lumberjacks in milltown,WI. And the check was drawn on their RCU account.

Love love love RCU! Love miss Patty at this location but everyone is always super friendly, helpful, and patient. Better rates than other local CUs, never had any complaints with RCU in general but love the new building in SCF and convenience of location!

Worst customer service ever. Even after talking to their main customer service 3 times, scf continues to harass me about a mileage reimbursement check written out to only me with my department name under it for our treasurers department tracking purposes. They lied to the people above them and said it was a business name even after showing them my badge with my full name and department. They had no issue cashing my mileage reimbursement on November 17, 2022. Its just plain harassment because they refuse to admit they are WRONG. So long ahs! Wish I could give them a negative number. They need to fire the people there and get people with a brain!

I have nothing good to say about RCU. They refused to sign a lean release and now that it’s totaled out they once again Refuse to do anything.
