U.S. Bank Branch, Saint Germain, WI

I was treated so harshly upon inquiring about Banking procedure's and spoken to in a manner of which left me traumatized. The harsh verbal attack was due to questions I had about starting account and fees. WOW I was yelled at and told I'd have to wait 2 weeks to make a appointment. It was the yelling and I have a witness, whom has a account there, on the phone who heard the whole thing. His comment was WOW no one should eve be talked to that way. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE its not worth the mean treatment and as a senior all I can say is, I'll pray for that mean blonde manger women. Further more when my inheritance arrives I'll be depositing my assets elsewhere.

Would be great if bank hours would allow business owners to use drive up services, but with NO hours on Saturdays, opening at 9am and closed by 4pm....it makes banking there difficult. The ATM machine can be fickle on accepting cash deposits.

Also my ex sister in law was a teller and told him how much money I was putting away in my saving account it was non of her business and right to tell him I even had account there in us bank so your privacy is not safe at all at us bank!!

Took them over 25 minutes to get a cashier check to me. A mickey mouse operation. I don' t know why it took so long. It was comical and a big waste of my time. If time is important to you don't bank here
