The Shawano Heights Finance office is awesome to work with, Taylor, Audrey & Ariana are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They are always ready to assist me and make the process easy and quick! I wouldn't go anywhere else for assistance with my finances and needs!

Audrey and Taylor are the sweetest ladies alive. They have always been helpful and over-all wonderful. I tell them how much i want or monthly payment and they tell me how it is. I appreciate their professionalism and happy-go-lucky attitudes.

Taylor (branch manager) is a horrible person. Spoke with her at 1pm on 2/22/21 and had everything set and was apporoved for a loan. Told to bring documents down with an appointment at 4pm. She calls back at 120pm and all of a sudden she cant do it. Your job is to check before you say approved. Obviously she cant do her job and needs to be let go. Cant believe people!!!!!!

Taylor is always come through for us when we needed it the most we’ve done lots of business with Heights finance and we will continue to do business with them would recommend this place to anybody who needs to get an auto loan or any type of loan really
