They would not let me deposit a cashiers check, with out having a 2 week hold on it. Also if you are a new member you have a 90 day probation period where you are not able to use their mobile deposit and they will not tell you till you call and ask. And if you are trying to add a significant other to your account that also banks there it will take 1-2 hours for them to be able to do that.

Giving 1 Star because I have to, not because they deserve it ! The most unfriendly Credit Union around! Needed change for a $100 bill, but because we're not a member they refused to do it! I'll stick with my Kohler Credit Union, which BTW was a couple miles away.

Have had an account for about 30 years. Sold a car and went to pay off the loan with a personal check from another local bank, couldn't get the title that day. Closed my account and paid in cash to get my title so the sale would go through. Not real happy about the situation as the check was good, all they had to do was call the other bank but instead losing a customer...

I use them for all my banking. Great service and great rates. Would suggest them

I love the small town feel of this credit union! Everyone knows you and is always very helpful! Too many other banking options are so commercial and cold- I like that I am trusting my money with "friends" and can come to them for help if ever necessary and they will give me honest answers.
