Cash Store, Sheboygan, WI

Went in to get a loan today, I'm not a new customer just got done paying off a loan using the same card I always do. But the guy working don't know how to do the job because I used this card to get loan and pay off. So I just gave up and won't go back.

Went in to make a payment there was one person working and working on a new application which takes her an hour and there were 2 others in before us waiting I do belive to make a payment. They expected us to sit and wait for god knows how long when we have places to be. Not to happy with customer service there they could in the mean time take payments in between doing application or hire more people.

Definitely a fantastic place! Charita was super helpful and professional. She gave fantastic customer service, talked to us about all we needed to know from payments, to the referral program. She interacted with our son, answered all of hour questions, walked us through every step and never leaving us in the dark, and worked quickly and efficiently. Definitely a perfect place to go when you need cash fast.

I came here seven months pregnant out of desperation between paychecks when I needed the money but didn't have it. It was amazing how fast they helped me & took less than an hour to get me some money. As long as you make sure you have all the documentation they ask for you will definitely get approved! Couldn't be happier with the service they provide & I would highly recommend it for small short term loans!!

Friendly, helpful. Quick and made it easy. They do have a higher interest rate than others I have seen but only needed a short term loan
