The drive thru wait time needs to be fixed and they would get 5 stars. Always polite and friendly but I'm literally the first person in the stall and had to wait 15 min to get waited on. I understand being understaffed but there are 3 people back there. It's frustrating when it makes you late for other things because you didn't account for your long wait time!

I've been a member of Sheboygan Kohler Credit Union for 20 plus years. If I have any complaints, and I do have just one, it would be the insane amount of time that I waste in the drive thru. The customer service is always great, everyone is polite and helpful inside and outside... but the drive thru has the potential to ruin a woman's day at times.

The amount of time someone has to spend in the drive through is insane. It is ALWAYS packed and it seems like no one of authority cares enough to fix it. Im very close to switching banks because of this...

A++ Customer Service. I along with many other family members have accounts with K.C.U. Katrina R. most recently helped me through the auto loan process and processed my loan efficiently and seamlessly.
As far as the other reviews about bad customer service, not receiving their newly issued cards, and the drive through wait times. Any bad customer service were most likely isolated incidents but I would not consider those reviews a true reflection of K.C.U. As far as waiting in the drive through, patience is a virtue...you might as well leave a review for Walmart as well. They have 25+ checkout lanes available yet only have two active and open.

Most people I have worked with at KCU have been so amazing, recently worked with Khyati to refinance my vehicle and it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any bank, she will lie to your face and get the WORST attitude with you, raise her voice and cut you off in the middle of you try explaining yourself. When you ask for the recording of the phone calls you will be waiting months to hear back and eventually be completely ignored, with no answers, because of her I will move all my business and all of my families accounts to a different bank, save yourself the hassle and chose another bank if you have the option!!!
UPDATE: Dawn from the oostburg branch helped us and was the KINDEST person ever!! Was so understanding and completely changed my opinion on KCU. We got our issues resolved. I hope Taylor drive branch will take some pointers from her! Thank you so much dawn for all your help!!
