It would be nice if the credit union connected to QuickBooks to make bookkeeping and taxes easier.

Old antiquated software for their banking software not compatible with Google or Apple pay. Their software is also designed to charge overdraft fees so when you check your balance it's actually not the right balance.

This is where I bank, however they have this weird policy where my ex was able to close our jount account without me knowing!!! You must be present to be taken off an account (or sign a waiver) but not for 1 person on a 2 person joint account to close it!

Go anywhere else but this place. Poor customer service.

HORRIBLE service. Had a teller who I sat with for THIRTY MINUTES in the drive through just for her to mess up my account and initially take EVERYTHING in my account and transfer it to my loan WOTHOUT MY PERSMISSION. can't get any of that money back and can't even talk to anyone until Monday because this unprofessional business closes at 12 on saturdays. RIDICULOUS. Never banking here again

The business itself is ok but when it comes to doing anything online its back in the stone age. The login and password I have connect me to someone else's account can't change anything just a joke and now they are closed on Monday for a holiday. GRRRRRRR
