I've been with Nicolet in Sister Bay for three years and have received excellent service. They watch out for the protection of my account, service requiring phone calls to me is expedient, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone I have spoken with really cares about their service for me from their company. Someone is always available to meet with me or take my calls, but in particular, Sara has always helped in every direction I needed. Thank you Nicolet!

If your site and bank sign state you will be open until 4:00pm on a Wednesday, It should be in your best interests to abide by that. I find it highly unprofessional to not stand by the hours presented and lazy of the staff to close even a minute early. If I can't trust that I can make a transaction with only 10 minutes until close, I have little trust in the company and will go elsewhere. Fix this...
