National Bank of Commerce, Solon Springs, WI

Over the last 7 years banking here I have always had an unpleasant experience when the bank teller Cindy (tall dark hair) has helped me. I usually go out of my way to the Superior location because of this. After my experience with Cindy today I will no longer be banking here.

Our local NBC bank has provided consistent and friendly banking service to my wife and myself. We are grateful for their convenient presence in the village of Solon Springs.

Let’s start this by saying I have account at this bank. The teller wouldn’t cash my payroll check. Because I don’t have matching funds in my account. Is this common practice ?

I have banked there for years. The teller named Brittney showed me that it's time for a change. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Cashed a check at the drive thru window. Jessica waited on me in a manner that was prompt, accurate and friendly. But that's the same for Cindy and Jeannie, too. They all know how to put a smile on one's face!

This is the best branch! All the service personnel have been great over many years.

It is wonderful to have a branch office in our little community. It is very convenient for those of us who live this far out in the country. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I use the online bank app all the time. It is so convenient when you are on the move. The online help desk is great too, the response time is very good.
