Interest rates were sky rocketing! I’ve also been told by my co-worker that she had to bail her daughter out of her high interest loan. I am going to be paying more than the Loan itself for the interest. I didn’t notice until a week later that I was going to be paying double my loan amount.

At times in life things just seem to have a nexus. I had just gotten a new position, and I was wondering how I was going to get from here to there, I was low on cash. OneMain was there to help. I went into the the office in Sparta, WI, I met with Joyce Armour. She was extremely gracious and competent, walked me through the process quickly. Within 1 hour all the paperwork was completed. My direct deposit was available the next day, and I am on my way. Kudos to your service team.

Staff at the Sparta, WI office were efficient and maintained communication throughout the process. Any problems were overcome quickly and professionally. They were able to provide multiple loan options that worked with my budget and needs.

It would be nice if some places like this would send out an approval based on a for sure, you will get this if you apply, instead of giving people the hope that they recieved the offer in contingency that they would get approved. I would rather not recieve another notice, unless you are willing to finance me.

If I could give them more stars I would! I highly recommend working with the ladies at One Main Financial in Sparta! I filled out a pre-approval request online, and they contacted me the very next day. I initially talked with Nikki. She was very pleasant to work with and explained all my options, answered all my questions, and was very clear on requirements and next steps. After my call with her, I had someone mention bad reviews regarding working with one main- rude service, being told they were approved, then not being approved, liars- etc, and this all made me very uneasy as I hadn't worked with One Main before. So I called the branch back, and talked with Hannah the Branch Manager. I explained my concerns, what I had been told, reviews I read etc. She did mention that those reviews were NOT of the Sparta branch, but appreciated that I brought my concerns to them. Through our conversation, she was very pleasant and understanding, answered my questions, was very transparent with me and ultimately left me feeling more comfortable with them than when I began! The very next day I went in to meet with them and close on the loan, and they were even more wonderful in person! They were sweet and welcoming to my children that I had to bring with me, patient with my questions, walked me through everything and EVERYTHING they told me from the beginning, is exactly what final numbers came out to be! No surprises, no hidden fees, nada! There were even able to set up my payments to come out bi-weekly to line up with my paychecks, so it isn't one big payment a month! I would highly recommend if you have less than amazing credit, and are looking to get a loan to consolidate debt, boost credit, etc that you contact One Main Financial in Sparta!

I needed a debt consolidation loan and went online. My credit isn't the best and one main was the only company I found that would help. The office staff and manager were very concise, quick and polite. All in all it took only about a Dat to secure a loan. Great customer service here. I highly recommend this branch for secured/unsecured loans. This is going to save my credit! Thank you!
