I hate this bank. They force you to change you password every 3 months. If you have been with this bank for 3 years you will be on you 12th password which you will inevitably forget causing you to get locked out of you account. When you get locked out of your account you must call tech support which takes 30min. Stop making me change passwords...

The tellers and personal bankers and everyone I’ve ever worked with at Associated Bank (both Sturgeon Bay branches + Customer Care on the phone) are always friendly and helpful. They are willing to answer any question and find someone else to help if I’m asking the wrong department.

Great bank and great people! They make things very easy. Never had any problems. Been with them for well over 20 years. And by the way, never have they forced me to change my password every 3 months. That's ridiculous. 😄 …
