Clerks are always nice to me. Very easy process when moving or transferring your money. I started a kids saving account here and still use this bank. Usually not very busy when I visit.

Well was good to me up untill I got my devorice..I do have income coming in but bcuz I didn't have a job I couldn't get a loan, IV been at this bank since I was 16yrs old now 43 how's that good or helpful????? I got a loan out few yrs ago sold what I had an paid off the loan with in 2yrs I have no bad credit nothing in nagitve so what's the problem....I don't understand that. So went to a different bank an was approve asap, actually 4 banks approved me funny how u go someware els an I get approved no matter what my situation is..

Communication is lacking and they left me with no access to funds with very little warning. I switched banks.

I had to leave my place of employment due to health reasons. They worked with me to consolidate my loans and even deferred payments until I adjusted to my much lower income. I talked with several employees thru this time, and had a very positive experience with every one of them. Kind and patient conversations helped me thru this very difficult time. I can't say enough about this banking institution and the wonderful people working there!

This bank has zero technical support outside business hours. My PIN was not set up correctly when my new card was created, so I'm unable to take out any cash that is needed this weekend. They do not have an after hours support line.

They do not have very good service seems like they're people are confused about what needs to be done and how to take care of customers properly. Also whenever you call them it seems like they never answer you and want to call you back later probably because they know they've already made you mad. If you want peace try a different credit union one that will show you courtesy and kindness.

One of the worst banks I've ever dealt with. Their technical support is horrible and their fees are underhanded.
