Union Home Mortgage, Tomah, WI

I have a house under contract, the buyer is using Union Home Mortgage for a loan. Everyone in this deal is very disappointed in this company. The first loan officer we worked with, Elisa, was phenomenal. She was very responsive and friendly. The company let her go. We then tried for weeks trying to get a hold of the people who were supposed to be taking over the loan and received no responses after we called, left voicemails, emails, etc. With less than a week left before closing, we found out the new loan officer who was supposed to be working on the file, was also let go. We are left with one day until closing (and we probably won't be able to close) with nobody responding to our calls or emails, and no knowledge of anyone working on this buyer's loan. VERY disappointed. I highly do NOT recommend using this company. I hope the people higher up on the totem pole see this because they need to make some drastic changes.
