This was our first home purchase, it was far from standard(in my opinion) and Kevin and the team was amazing. We couldn't have been more impressed or thankful. They regularly checked up on us, making sure documents stayed relevant so they were ready when we were...(but it wasn't too much, and over a year of changes), he answered all of our questions working to find answers if they weren't readily available and had great response time. He kept us informed about every step of the process, and were grinding down to the wire when there were a lot of unknowns with our situation and we needed to pull it all together to close. They kindly handled a family member for us and Kevin felt like family by the end of the process. He was there through closing to give us moral support and again answer any outstanding questions, plus they've checked in since closing! In an era where it's easy to disconnect, I really appreciated all the personal touches Kevin and the team did.
