It's a little upsetting when you sit in the Drive-Thru and your cashiers don't notice me for 11 minutes because my car is small and she couldn't see me. Vehicles were leaving that came up after me. Maybe you guys should get some mirrors so your cashiers can see the vehicles or maybe they need their eyes checked. She asked me if I needed the carrier and I already had sent it. Then she asked me if the contents of the carrier were mine. How do I know what carrier she has inside the bank. Then she waves the check and my card so I could see it, yes it was mine. My husband has also has similar situations at the same bank. I could also hear her chatting with customers while I was sitting there.

This place is racist, the ladies from Viroqua do not serve Hispanic people well, if they are Hispanic, do not have an account at this institution, it is garbage.
