Bank First - Watertown, Watertown, WI

Worst bank I’ve ever had. First they gave me a debit card which was out of date before I even activated it. Then a few month later my account was overdrawn by a paper statement they send every month. I asked to pay the fee, and was told that they would make it a zero balance, but I would not be allowed a checking account for 6 months!! I would definitely recommend going elsewhere if you value being treated decent.

This bank took money from my account because they forgave the loan from my ex husband but not me. They now refuse to refund my money because the money on loan is still owed. Vice president told me they worked a deal with him and he doesn't owe the money but the money is still owed. Never would recommend using this bank. Ever wonder why they go through so many employees and presidents, because they do shady stuff.

I went to change the amount taken out of our account to auto pay our home equity. The representative was busy so another associate took down what I wanted and said one of the ladies in that department would get back to me, but has not. It has been 4 business days.

The people are friendly but to sign up for online banking it really sucks plus every time I try it says not at this time I'm actually thinking about going to a different Bank

It's a bank. They have money.

Computers have been down 2 out of the last 3 times I have been here. Waited over 20 minutes the first time and have been sitting here for 20 today with no end in sight. Had I not pushed the call button, I would have had no idea what the problem is.
