Jaylen, the store manager, doesn't have a great personality. He always acts irritable toward consumers and acts as if they are wasting his time whenever they inquire about services. Additionally, he doesn't play music that is suitable for the workplace and likes to sing along to improper music rather than engaging with the consumers.

Tiy, the lady who works there now, is the greatest. She helped with all of my questions and issues and saved the day, pretty much. Great customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was denied but Tiy was very nice about breaking the news. I come to cash my checks every week and she’s always helpful and courteous with a nice smile.

As I visited your store today. I have to say the experience I got from Blair was the greatest service I ever experienced. I have been coming to Check n Go for many years and I’m glad I chose this location. I felt welcomed, promptly helped, and given service with a smile. I wish there were more people like Blair in every business. Don’t ever let her go, she’s a great asset to your company and, why I will still do business with you guys. Blair once again deserves all praise and hope she’s recognized for her hard work and service she provides for every customer.

My experience was very pleasant. The woman that helped me was very polite and assisting. She helped me through every step of the process with patience and helpfulness. She went above and beyond with excellent customer service. The process went very smoothly.

CHA-CHA was amazing! She is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She helped come up with a plan that was suitable for ME! Never made me feel like a cog in the corporate wheel.

Michelle made the experience fast and easy. She was patient with me even though I came in towards closing time. She said she was a newer manager to this location but I never would have guessed with how confident and knowable she seemed. I would definitely come here again.
