Overall, the staff and service has been exceptional. Chad, the investment counselor is inept in dealing with your monies. He lost thousands of dollars for us even though we asked him to make a move immediately and put our investements into a more conservative option. On one occasion when we needed him the most, he was on a three day weekend and never returned our call. We feel the stock market doesn't take three day weekends off and neither should an advisor with our livelihood in his hands. Update 9-26 A direct contact with me never came. I would've enjoyed discussing this matter with you
